God will hold us accountable for what we say. Matthew 12:36 NKJV says But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. We don't want to just speak just anything, but we want to speak God's Word back to him. God is the creator of all and has the power to create something out of nothing.
Isaiah 55:11 - So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me [a]void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
God clearly states that His Word will never return unto Him void. In case you are asking how do we know what God is saying so we can repeat it back to Him? Well, He says everything in His Word. The Word of God is a seed that we are planting. It is written in Mark 4:14 NKJV, the sower sows the Word. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are the sowers of the Word with our mouths. We must believe what God says about us in His Word.
