Big sister Leena spends the day with her little sister Shawna. Before they begin to play, Shawna sees Leena taking a break to breathe, meditate and center herself. As Shawna is watching, Leena gets the idea to teach her sister a little bit about the power that she possesses to do all things great. She takes Shawna on an adventure to show her the greatness of the world around her. She shows Shawna the beauty of the trees, the flowers, animals and the sun.
