Susan Schelberg's purpose in publishing her mother's memoir is to honour her memory and offer an historically accurate account for family and friends to pass on through generations. A retired teacher, Susan lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with her husband, Ken Schelberg. She has three children and seven grandchildren.
