Many farmers with sole aim of producing large quantities of tiger nuts do not know the best soil/fertilizer combination to achieve the best yield. We have presented the simple approach of using the SPSS package to run a statistical analysis on existing data to determine the best soil/fertilizer combination via the two way Multiple Analysis of Variance. The analysis procedure and interpretation of results showed that soil types and fertilizer types has significant effect on variation in tiger nut yield and height in Eastern Nigeria. Based on the analysis results, clay soil is not a good soil for tiger nuts farming in Eastern Nigeria. This book is written with both students, farmers and agricultural institutions in mind.
