Chai Charles Moua came to the United States from Laos via Thailand at the age of 12. He completed his doctor of psychology degree in organizational development as well as a master's degree in education with the emphasis in secondary school mathematics. Dr. Moua, his wife, and their four beautiful children live in the Central Valley of California.
