Chaibou Issoufou finished Bachelor degree in Islamic Law ( Shari¿ah) at the Islamic University of Madinah in the year 2002 and obtained postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Jurisprudence at the same University in the year 2003. He obtained a Master of Comparative Laws (Islamic Banking & Finance) at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
