The study examined retention and attrition to determine the impact the loss as well as retention of students would have on the budget. The findings were at the least very interesting.

Dr. C.D. Moorer is a Professor of Developmental English and Reading. He has been in higher education in a variety of managerial and directorial positions. He is currently working on an English Grammar Textbook for Developmental Education Students to aid them in grammar and writing, the most important skills they will use in college.
