This research work was motivated by the inadequacy of the application of investment styles in the investment companies and organizations. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of investment styles on Savings and Credit Co-operatives in Kenya by studying Stima Investment Co-operative Society head office in Nairobi. The researcher had witnessed that there was a loophole on how managers behave and whether they apply the investment styles while choosing the best portfolio to invest in. Empirically the link between investment styles and performance was deepened by assessing the two indicators of performance; that is rate of return on investment and return on assets; the extent to which changes in investment style influence performance greatly impacts the economy and the players in it. The methodology employed was the descriptive research design where by a case was built to help generalize the results to other organizations and companies in Kenya.
