"Puerto Rican Cooking for Beginners" was written to introduce the world to some of the undiscovered foods of Puerto Rican Cuisine and the history behind the recipes and introduce the fantastic flavors of the island. I studied Savory cooking and French pastries. I chose a few of my favorite dishes, desserts, and native drinks. I was lucky to be invited to the Bobby Flay Annual BBQ events in Chicago while starting my business. I met many international chefs and learned about cuisines from around the world. It opened my mind to researching traditional recipes of my home and the history behind their creation. Buen Provecho! Chef Didi I have been cooking and baking for couples since my military days.
