"Eat in Color" is written from my heart. I want to share my passion for the culinary arts and my desire to bring back the true pleasure of cooking for others. I have learned many things through research, travel and experience. But, most of all, I've learned that fresh ingredients, seasoned well and cooked with a light hand, delight the eyes, electrify the taste buds and are the key to healthy living. This book is not about what you should remove from your diet, but it's a plea to add freshness, color and variety. I am sharing with you what I've learned since I began eating in color.
