Cheyenne Marcelus is a poet and performer from Columbia, Mississippi. Her work is heavily influenced by her Southern upbringing as well as her expatriate life in Canada. She is the author of Good to Me: A Poetic Journey to Self-Acceptance and Self-Preservation. Her work has appeared in Penumbra Online, Eve Poetry, Split This Rock, and the Centennial/19th Amendment issue of 805 lit+art. She resides in Ottawa, Ontario with her family.
