Choong-sik Chung is Professor at the Department of Public Administration, KyungSung University, South Korea. He obtained his PhD and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the SungKyunKwan University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Korea University. In 2007, he received the Order of Service Merit - Red Stripes from the South Korean government for his contributions to e-government development, and in 2017 he received a dedication in the Korea e-Government Hall of Fame as one of thirty people who made the e-government of South Korea.
