This book honors Destry Ramey's legacy. Chris was inspired by the deep bond between her and her rescue dog Feather, a curious, loving Chihuahua mix. When not writing, Chris runs an executive coaching company that specializes in Neuro-linguistic Programming and emotional intelligence. He and Feather divide their time between California's Central Coast and northern Mexico. As a former survival specialist with the US Navy and a cancer survivor, he is no stranger to difficulties. Chris believes in fiction's ability to bring insight into our personal challenges. He has lived internationally and visited over fifty-five countries, including Egypt, which was the last trip he took with his mother before her passing in 2020. This book is the fulfillment of a promise he made to her.
