This passion was ingrained in her as a child growing up in an Italian-American family in Southern California. Once that passion was unleashed as an adult, Christina turned to write a cookbook series. Her first cookbook published in 2019 "From Vine to Table: The Unexpected Joy of Zucchini's Magic." Cookbook two in the series "From Vine to Table: Everything Tomatoes, The Fruit of Love" will publish in spring 2021. Christina Cavallaro Edick now lives in Oregon. When she's not in the kitchen or writing her blog or cookbooks, she can be found traveling, with Italy heading the list.
