Autorenporträt
Christopher Foote was a consultant physician in General Medicine with a particular interest in the care of the elderly. He is currently an independent consultant in integrated care systems, having spent 15 years in their development. Christine Stanners trained and practiced as a hospital social worker. She became a manager in the voluntary sector and was project manager of the integrated care system for older people described in the book. She is currently involved in locality development.
