This study provides a pedagogical guide that presents suggestions for teaching intermediate-level technical, musical skills, and collaborative skills through the study of selected intermediate-level piano duos from various musical periods.

Christine Yunn Bing Tan is a native of Malaysia.She received her BA from Western Illinois University in Piano Pedagogy, MM in Piano Pedagogy,& DMA in piano performance from West Virginia University, under the tutelage of Dr.Christine Kefferstan & Dr.Connie Arrau Sturm.In 2007, Ms.Tan was awarded the 2007 MTNA Student Achievement Recognition Award.
