Christian S. Welzel lived for several years in various overseas countries after a long period of higher education and special survival training. After many journeys to the metropolises of the Middle East Region, he spent longer periods in the Arab Republic of Egypt - mainly in Cairo and Alexandria - then in West Africa and later in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
