Autorenporträt
Christiane Wear, a Gen X mom, chiropractor, health coach, and cookbook author, teamed up with her Gen Z daughter, Merced See, to write Adulting Skills 101 Unplugged. After just finishing her freshman year at CU Boulder, where she is a double major in Environmental Studies and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology, Merced collaborated with her mom to create this guide aimed at helping 18-26-year-olds level up their adulting skills. Merced is also a Resident Advisor at CU Boulder, balancing her studies with mentoring fellow students. Together, they blend their unique perspectives and experiences to help young adults navigate the sometimes overwhelming journey of adulthood.
