Management of resources is very vital in any school setting. This is due to the fact that success, academic achievement, and performance of the school depend largely on these resources. As a result of this therefore, the study sought to look at the Assessment of Provision and Management of Resources in private secondary schools in Kaduna Metropolis, Kaduna State. Five school resources were identified as time, materials, and curriculum, human and financial resources. They were found to be of paramount important to all successful private secondary school in Kaduna metropolis. For this reason therefore, the objectives of the study was determined. For the researcher to hit the nail on the head, forty five private secondary schools were randomly selected for the study with a sampled population of three hundred and fifteen respondents. They are the private secondary schools proprietors/tresses, principals, vice principals and senior masters were involved in the study. A single questionnaire was produced and divided into sections.
