Cindy Rogers has been a private chef in Aspen for the past 28 years. She has learned to accommodate a numer of different and challanging menu requirements. Some were due to dietary restrictions, others to severe allergies, and some to tast preferences. In additon to her own severe allergic reactions to certain foods. Learning to adapt her cooking style has been a never-ending education. She lives in Woody Creek, Colorado and cooks in Aspen, Los Angeles, Hawaii and the Hamptons.
