The book described the skills needed in the 21st century world of work and the demands it is making on education. Such demands call for changes in the roles of teachers, students, and emphasize the use of alternative assessment. Her masters and Ph.D were in Educational Technology. She teaches Educational Technology at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level.
