Prof. Rolf Stober is emeritus director of the Institute of Business Law at the University of Hamburg and emeritus director of the Research Institute on Compliance, Security Economics and Corporate Security (FORSI) at the German University for Continuing Education (DUW) in Berlin. Dr. Nicola Ohrtmann is a specialist in public procurement law and partner in the law firm Aulinger Solicitors/Notaries in Essen.
