Autorenporträt
Dr. Moira L. McConnell is Professor of Law and Associate at the Marine & Environmental Law Institute, Dalhousie University. She was an advisor to the ILO concerning the development and implementation of the MLC, 2006. She is an editor of the Ocean Yearbook and has published extensively on international law of the sea, maritime law, law reform, and regulatory system design. Mr. Dominick Devlin is a former Legal Adviser to the International Labour Organization. He is currently Chair of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Appeal Board and has been a Special Advisor to the ILO in connection with the MLC, 2006 since 2001. Dr. Cleopatra Doumbia-Henry is the Director of the International Labour Standards Department of the ILO. She has been involved in the development of the MLC, 2006 since its beginning in 2001.
