Autorenporträt
Cliff is an honorary life member of the Historical Society of Ottawa where he has served as secretary, museum manager and president. He is the president of the Council of Heritage Organizations in Ottawa and founder and first chair of the Heritage Fairs of Ottawa organizing committee. Publications include historical pamphlets, articles for the now-defunct Ottawa Centre Journal, a chapter in Making a Capital and the Ottawa Stories series published by the historical society.
