From southern deciduous woodlands to Arctic coastline, this guide presents precise directions on where birds are found, emphasizing the most popular and productive localities, but also citing numerous little-known locales that will delight aficionado and novice alike.
This second edition not only gives an opportunity to update the material in the first edition--now over ten years old--but also to make the book much more useful. Including information on the status of individual species, and the tables of the first are now replaced by a full systematic list.
