Author, yoga teacher, sailor and ocean racer, Clodagh Whelan lives and teaches in Dublin, Ireland, when she is not sailing overseas. The plot of 'Back to Life...finding the Dream' follows her journey from work stress and grief, to realisation of the impact of stress on health, leading to the decision to dramatically change her lifestyle and outlook on life.
