Edwina Cheer is an Australian Celebrity Sports Nutritionist, Master Personal Trainer (CSCS) and Group Fitness Instructor, based in Los Angeles, California. She created "The Mind Diet" after witnessing many of her clients struggle with the same plateaus and blocks in their health and lives. She is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS/NSCA) and she aspires to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2021. She currently assists other licensed Physical Therapists on a regular basis at The UCLA Ronald Reagan Center in preparation for her DPT. She has worked in various capacities with celebrity clients Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Jonathan Bennett, Jesse Metcalfe, Arianny Celeste, Allen Leech, Tom Lenk, Niki Murphy, Dan MacPherson, a host of other title MMA fighters, professional wrestlers, and Australian public figures. Edwina is also a Resident Fitness Contributor for the BeFit Channel (Lionsgate Entertainment), currently housing the largest subscriber base for fitness content on YouTube. Recent TV appearances include a featured segment on ABC7 with fitness icon Jackie Warner and health host Lori Corbin. Edwina has appeared on numerous fitness, health and lifestyle campaigns. Notable brands include Nestle Arrowhead Water, Fig Newton Minis, The North Face, and most recently Nike. She specializes in sports nutrition for professional athletes, and her workouts are always of high intensity with an Aussie flavor. She enjoys interacting with her loyal following on social media where much of her fitness videos & nutrition advice is showcased. Edwina has completed 3 full marathons and countless half marathons. She is a nationally recognized fitness athlete with the NPC/IFBB & grew up running competitive track and field.
