She has served as a supervisor, administrator, executive director, change manager and chief of staff. She has provided change leadership, change management, leadership development and customer service training to private and public sector companies and organizations nationally and internally. She has been an instructor at several universities and earned her PhD from Antioch University in Leadership and Change.
