Cynthia Citron has lived and worked on every continent except Antarctica as a journalist, public relations and communications director, a documentary screenwriter and a theater reviewer. She is a co-founder of Earthwatch, the scientific research expedition company, and for the past sixteen years she has written a weekly theater review column, Play Time, for a number of national print and online newspapers. She writes about apocryphal stories of her family, her grandmother and "the Memas," her best friends Agnes and Viki, and a chapter that advices on places to miss.
