Mr.R.Govindan has obtained his graduate degree and M.Sc.(Ag.) in Agronomy from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, India. He is author of seven articles was published in where are national and international conferences and journals. Co-author: Dr.T.Myrtle Grace, Professor and Dr.A.Gurusamy, Asst. Prof. both are working in TNAU, India.
