The structure of the information and measuring and operating system (IMOS) of contactless thermometry for definition of heat physical properties of metal fusions providing its adaptation to various operating modes is considered. The mathematical model of such IMOS allowing to provide the set accuracy and speed is presented. The algorithms of functioning of IMOS of contactless thermometry for definition of heat physical properties of metal fusions ensuring functioning at influence of the destabilizing factors the heat physical properties of metal fusions allowing to define quickly are presented and it is essential to reduce measurement time.
