-After simulating a minimizing of the stiffness matrix using several random cases which they are ten cases, firstly minimizing in the x direction ( 5 cases) and lastly in y direction and then comparing each of these cases with the original case .It was presented two of the most critical cases to show the effect of each step one in x direction and the other in y direction consequently, It is clear that the jacket is tolerable to endure the effect of wind or wave loads (environmental forces) and bearable to face some reduction of its stiffnessTherefore, it can be transformed to a vertical wind turbine but there is a limitation of the research that does not done here which can be a future work.-Studying the minimizing stiffness matrix in the Z direction and knowing the bearing capacity of the vertical wind turbine, it is necessary to conduct the values of mass matrix and investigate if the offshore jacket structure can operate or not.-Studying the effect of earthquake on this offshore Jacket structure is crucial to get the right life period of the wind turbine
