A thought-provoking and introspective book of poems by Amalia VanMatre. The fifty-three poems represent different facets of life and are grouped into four element categories - air, earth, fire, and water. Some of her poems have won awards and were published by Poetry.com and "The International Library of Poetry." This is a great addition to any serious poetry repertoire.

Autorenporträt
Amalia VanMatre is a poet, writer, coach, and artist. Besides building a successful professional career and living a life full of adventure with her family and friends, she's an athlete and has a love affair with the outdoors. Amalia is fascinated with personal growth and development, mindset transformations, neuroscience, psychology, the inner workings of the human mind, behavior and reprogramming, hypnotherapy, and meditation. She's a lover of all animals, but horses in particular, being an avid equestrian most of her life. As a woman who is sensitive to humanity, she captures her observations and emotions in a variety of ways, creating a unique and powerful journey for her audience. Personally and creatively, Amalia is all about heart - kind hearted, big hearted, brave hearted, and puts her whole heart into everything she gets involved in. She is vibrant, compassionate, diverse, creative, and has a curious eye for this world and our part in it. Especially in her poetry, which often carries a paradoxical undertone, Amalia invites her readers to shift their perspective and expand their viewpoints.
