Shukla completed his Bachelors from U.I.E.T Kanpur in Materials science & Metallurgy and Masters in Nanoscience and Technology from Sharda University and completed some research in NIT-Bhopal and also was Project Engineer in IIT-Kanpur and now he moved IIT-Kharagpur for second Masters degree in Metallurgy.
