Amber became homeless Living out of her car and in hotels before Help 4 Homeless Veterans helped her and her young son to get off the streets of the UK. Since becoming an Ambassador to help other Veterans get their lives back on a stable path and support for their PTSD. Amber has now become a stable shining light for many Veterans not only in the UK but Internationally by telling her story on Podcasts and in Magazines to help create awareness for the many of the Veterans that are still to this day living on our streets or struggling to cope with life out of the armed forces. Still suffering from the traumatic effects of PTSD Amber still feels the side effects of it all from time to time as it will never leave her. The Veterans Poems is dedicated to those who are still out there feeling abandoned after serving their country and still suffering from the traumatic events they have witnessed in their time.
