Ami Tamir, a devout nature lover, is an educator and licensed Israeli guide with a Masters degree in Biology and Education. He trains and teaches student guides in the field of flora and fauna of the Holy Land, and lectures at academic institutions, the Israel Defense Force, and others. This is his second book.
