This study is conducted by a researcher who has always been thinking of extending learners' capacities and empowering authentic, effective, and transferable timeless skills of critical and creative thinking. The study addresses the notion of how the habits of the mind could be cultivated through reinforcing not only cognitive but also meta-cognitive thinking skill as researchers do believe that the illiterate of the 21st Century is never the one who is deprived the ability to read or write; however, the one who is abandoned that capacity to learn, unlearn, and then, relearn. Metacognition is our domain in this vision, and CoRT Critical Thinking Skills have been the tool examining the hypotheses. The study hopes to have a curriculum based on meta-cognition in empowering cognition.
