The author has completed LL.M. in International Law and Human Rights and Completed PhD in Environmental Law. She is associated with Modern Law College, Pune as Asst. Professor since 2007. Currently, she is the Vice-Principal in the same College. She has published 24 research articles in various national/ international journals and proceedings.
