The Network Marketing business model is growing very fast nowadays, this activity, also called, multi-level marketing, is becoming very popular and the companies that use this model as a channel of distribution are expanding their business and getting more people involved in it. This growth is influenced mainly for social and monetary factors, which are detailed in this research. It is possible to find in this book some definitions and characteristics of Network Marketing, and very specifics examples of companies that implement this business model. In addition to that, this research also analyzes the behaviour and social factors of some people involved in this business, and finally, as a result of this work, conclusions and recommendations are given to them.
