Andrew A. Schwartz is Professor of Law at the University of Colorado and a regular visitor at the University of Auckland Law School in New Zealand, where he also served as a Fulbright Scholar. A graduate of Brown University and Columbia Law School, Schwartz teaches and publishes on corporate, securities and contract law.
