Many Christians, being natural burden bearers without understanding it - hurt - often, without knowing why. Unaware it's a great gift of love, enabling us to feel and know how to pray for our friends and loved ones, they just hurt and wonder why. Andrea'a book lightens the dark confusions, mainly by sharing what she went through, growing up in a ministerial family. Readers will find themselves full of light and joy, rather than heaviness. Burden bearing will become what it is, a wonderful way of ministering accurately and powerfully . The gift will become light and easy, for it will be our Lord who ministers through us, and Who bears the load. We get to share His lightsome loads and His joys.

Andrea is a native of the Inland Northwest and resides in North Idaho with her husband Randy. They have three grown children, one son-in-law and two grandchildren. The youngest of six children of John and Paula Sandford, founders of Elijah House Ministries, Andrea enjoys prophetic ministry including coffee shop dream interpretation and sharing God's love with the culture in creative ways. A true north Idahoan, she loves huckleberry picking, walks along the beautiful local lakes and spending quality time with her family and friends.
