Dr Angela Darvill was a Senior Lecturer in Children and Young People's nursing at the University of Huddersfield. Angela is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, has over 20 years experience in higher education and has been responsible for the education of nurses, mentors and lecturers. Angela's PhD was a study of newly registered children's nurses' transition into children's community nursing teams.
Dr Melanie Stephens is Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing, Head of Interprofessional Education and a health service researcher. She previously led the School of Health and Society's Preparation for Role Transition module. Melanie is a health service researcher of the Healthy Aging and Dementia Hub, with specific research interests in pressure redistributing properties of seating, tissue viability, and interprofessional education and working.
