Angela Parisi grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Queens College with a degree in education and the social sciences. She worked as a substitute teacher and home instructor when she moved to Long Island, and has worked from 1987 to present as a Realtor. It was not until she became a grandma that she wanted to write a book that shared a journey she experienced, as well as a memory to leave to her grandchildren.
