Most weekends you can find her drinking a huge coffee at Central Market and writing, browsing vinyl records at Half Price Books, or snuggling with her black cat while reading. An Austin resident since 1987, Anisa still calls it "Town Lake" because she's stubborn. Surrender is her first novel.
