Rev. Dr. Ann Borquist serves as a Global Consultant for "Mission From Everywhere to Everyone" with International Ministries, ABCUSA. She currently works with partner Baptist conventions in the Asia-Pacific Region and around the world. Her ministries include theological education, church-based community and economic development, servant leadership, cross-cultural missionary training and work with refugees. She and her husband Bruce have also served in the Philippines, the US, Brazil and in Aotearoa New Zealand. In this guide, Ann shares from her own experience and the insights of many global servants, STM leaders and host country partners in both training and receiving short-term mission team members in a wide variety of international contexts. Rev. Sandra Dorsainvil serves as the Director of Short-Term Mission at International Ministries, ABCUSA. She was raised as a Third Culture Kid(TCK) on three continents; Africa, Europe & North America. Her diverse cross-cultural experiences helped form her love for missions, interfaith dialogue, gender equality and advocacy for the marginalized of society. She is multi-lingual, ordained American Baptist minister of the gospel with advanced degrees in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling and Pastoral Ministry.
