Autorenporträt
Ann Edgerton Darling grew up in Alexandria, Louisiana and attended Louisiana Tech University where she graduated with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 1971. Instead of teaching she had an opportunity to become a flight attendant and enjoyed traveling until she met and married her husband Ray in 1979. They had three children, two of which were home schooled. Growing up with many pets, Ann feels a close connection with her furry friends. Every one of them were special in their own way but it was her current dog Sandy that totally won her heart. It was Sandy, Ann's grandchildren and the many adoring children that have fallen in love with Sandy that inspired Ann to write this book. Ultimately, Ann feels that it was God that gave her this story to share with children.
