Anna Liisa Westman explores these hidden gendered practices. Through theory and indepth interviews a model of good leadership for Finnish municipalities is developed.
Autorenporträt
Dr. Anna Liisa Westman is working as a principal lecturer at the University of North Karelia Applied Sciences. Earlier she has worked as a municipal manager and a middle management administrator. This book is edited from her Ph.D.-theses. Her theses has been jointly supervised by the University of Joensuu and the University of Manchester.
