Autorenporträt
The author of this childrens book is Anna Maez-Stein Ph.D. She grew up in New Mexico where she heard that many tales that were passed on from generation to generation. Anna has been in the teaching profession for over 40 years and loves sharing such stories and music with her students and you. She is a Music Teacher k-12 in the Clark County School District of LV, NV and has two loving children that still remember hearing these tales both in school and at bedtime. She credits them for encouraging her to share her heritage with you. About the Illustrator Alex Vollmoeller is a 16 year old high school student, and a Las Vegas local. He has been creating since kindergarten, and started getting more serious about art in eighth grade. Right now, he is attending the Las Vegas Academy as an art major in his junior year, and is also a proud graduate of K.O. Knudson Middle School, and Marion Earl elementary school. He hopes to be a College graduate and successful creator among his generation.
