Sages of ancient Indian civilization visualized human being as an integral part of the ever evolving cosmos. Sri Aurobindo and the Mother envisaged the true nature of human being as an integral composition of the mind, the vital, the physical, encircled by the conscient, inconscient, and the psychic entity. Mental health depicts the parsimonious integration of all the parts of one s being. Sri Aurobindo views psychotherapy as fact. The integral psychotherapy invokes the unity essential for the human individual to realize one s potentialities. The integral psychotherapy has no single charted path. Truth is a pathless land and therapeutic endeavor may choose to apply various ways and means suited to the development of the level of consciousness achieved by the individual to achieve its goals. The present work attempts to promote integration of the challenged and dissociated elements of being by adapting several techniques advocated by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. A cognitive approach is also added to the therapeutic attempts by adapting Probabilistic Orientation, a construct developed by the rishies in the ancient Tamil Nadu for peaceful navigation of one s course of life.
