This work deals with (UV-visible and fluorescence) Spectrophotometric methods for the determination of ranitidine hydrochloride (RAN-HCl): UV-visible Spectrophotometric methods include Reaction of (RAN-HCl) with metal ions Cu(II) and Ni(II) in acetonitrile solvent to formed colored complexes, these complexes reacted with 2,2_ bi pyridine (bipy) to formed another stable colored complexes.
